Tracy McKenzie VT (Veterinary Technician), CCRP (Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner) received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from McMaster University and worked for four years in the mutual fund industry. A lifelong interest in animals and veterinary medicine prompted her return to school to pursue a diploma in Veterinary Technology. Tracy was employed with the Veterinary Emergency Clinic working as a technician on the emergency service since she graduated with honours from Ridgetown College in 2002. Tracy has successfully completed the Canine Rehabilitation Certification program at the University of Tennessee and is now responsible for the day to day operations of the Animal Rehabilitation Centre (ARC) overseen by Dr. Craig Miller.

The Animal Rehabilitation Centre (ARC) is supervised by Dr. Craig Miller, DVM MVSc., ACVS Board Certified Surgeon. Dr. Miller brings fifteen years of experience in treating small animal orthopedic and soft tissue problems.

Dalida Savana Negrin CCM, grew up in beautiful British Columbia. After graduating high school, she completed an undergrad in Anthropology at the University of Western Ontario. After completing her undergrad, she moved to Toronto in 2000. Her genuine love for animals and their welfare has been something that she takes great pride in pursuing. She is a warm and loving person who brings great compassion and dedication to the Animal Rehabilitation Centre. She is presently running the facility alongside Tracy McKenzie and has successfully completed a certification in Canine Massage and wellness through Tree Tops. Her strong love for animals has been prevalent from an early age and she hopes to continue in making a difference in the lives of pets and their owners.
